Job Description

Business Development & Revenue Ownership

Drive revenue achievement for NeoFlo by building and managing a strong opportunity pipeline across
enterprise events, exhibitions, and large-format engagements.

Lead the complete sales lifecycle including discovery meetings, requirement analysis, product demos,
solutioning, proposal creation, and deal closure.

Act as the primary product evangelist during client pitches, presentations, and industry showcases.
Client & Internal Stakeholder Management

Collaborate closely with tech, operations, onboarding, and client-servicing teams to ensure seamless
delivery and customer satisfaction.

Work as a strategic advisor to clients, recommending the right NeoFlo solutions based on business needs. Facilitate smooth transition from sales to delivery, ensuring all functional teams are aligned on scope and
expectations.

Product Strategy & Innovation

Provide structured, data-backed product feedback to enhance platform capabilities and user experience. Work with the product and tech teams to drive continuous improvements, feature enhancements, and
innovation.

Ensure internal teams (sales, creative, client servicing) are equipped to pitch NeoFlo effectively in
proposals and RFPs.

Required Qualifications & Experience Required Skills & Competencies

MBA/PGDM or equivalent advanced degree
in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

5-10 years of experience in event technology,
SaaS platforms, enterprise events, B2B

solutioning, or client servicing roles.

Strong communication, consultative selling,
and presentation capabilities.

Hands-on experience in event-tech platforms
or enterprise event workflows is highly

preferred.

Ability to manage cross-functional
collaboration with high ownership,

accountability, and an entrepreneurial problemsolving

approach.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder
management skills.

High emotional intelligence and team
motivation capabilities.

Strong analytical, commercial, and client
orientation.

Ability to handle ambiguity, manage scale, and
thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,100,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
