Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of BTG operations to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability in power generation.
• Oversee the maintenance schedules and troubleshooting of boiler, turbine, and generator systems to minimize downtime and enhance operational performance.
• Implement advanced monitoring and diagnostic tools to proactively identify and address potential issues in BTG systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BTG operations with the overall project timelines and deliverables.
• Drive initiatives to improve thermal efficiency and reduce operational costs while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership in the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies for BTG systems.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to Adani's sustainability goals by optimizing resource utilization and minimizing environmental impact.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to BTG operations, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for the procurement, installation, and commissioning of BTG equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering.

• 18-25 years of experience in BTG operations, maintenance, and optimization within the thermal power sector.
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
