-- from narrative to trial to loyalty and advocacy.
Category creation and market leadership
for Aqualens in the contact lenses space.
10X growth for Lenskart Eyewear
across online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
Full-funnel marketing
, encompassing performance, content, CRM, influencer, and ATL initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop/oversee the brand strategy and positioning for Aqualens and Lenskart Eyewear
Drive brand awareness, consideration, loyalty, and equity through innovative campaigns across media - from digital, social, influencer, to ATL
Spearhead Go-to-Market plans for new product launches and expansion initiatives
Manage full-funnel marketing campaigns, optimizing for both performance and long-term loyalty
Establish and track marketing health metrics, market share, and customer retention to gauge the impact of initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally
Mentor and grow a team of passionate marketers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and data-informed decision-making
Qualifications:
7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong track record in brand-building and growing consumer brands
Collaborative and strong interpersonal skills; able to align stakeholders toward a shared objective.
* Experience of working in high-energy, entrepreneurial environments -D2C, retail, or e-commerce is a strong plus
