Staff and Team Management:

Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring technicians and support staff. Support the manager in motivating the team, scheduling work, and overseeing performance.

Operations and Quality Control:

Help supervise daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of vehicle repairs. Monitor and ensure repair work meets high-quality standards and industry guidelines.

Customer Relations:

Assist in handling customer inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Help build and maintain positive relationships with customers and insurance adjusters.

Inventory and Financials:

Assist in managing the inventory of supplies and equipment. Support the manager in preparing budgets, tracking financial records, and managing the department's profitability.

Safety and Compliance:

Help enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with all relevant industry and environmental regulations. Ensure proper safety equipment is available and maintained.

Process Improvement:

Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the body shop.
Qualifications and skills

Experience:

Proven experience in the automotive or collision repair industry, often including a background as a Service Advisor or Team Leader.

Technical Knowledge:

Technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes is essential.

Leadership:

Strong leadership, team management, and supervisory skills.

Customer Service:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Financial Acumen:

Ability to understand and assist with budgeting, financial records, and reporting.

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: Up to ?80,000.00 per month
