Job Description

Responsible for HR Business Partnering apart from providing operational support in the design, development, and implementation of robust people strategy aligned with business objectives.

Talent Management


Drive employee lifecycle management processes inlcuding new joiner onboarding, induction training, new hire assimination and feedback, engagement, goal setting, service confirmation of trainees/ lateral hires, mid-year and annual review feedback, performance improvement plans during the year and post annual review, grievance redressal mechanism and employee separation in line with organizational policies and procedures.
Promote horizontal/ vertical talent mobility by working with managers to enable successful lateral moves/ role change programs, promotions, rotations, assignments and projects.
Conduct exit interviews, analyse triggers and derive action plans for employee retention.
Engage with relevant stakeholders to manage disciplinary issues such as unauthorized absenteesim and initiate disciplinary action in line with organizational policies and procedures

Employee Experience


Partner with business leaders and cross functional stakeholders to drive people strategy and enable a highly engaged workforce.
Monitor early warning signals by establishing periodic touchpoints with employees through various engagement initiatives such as employee connect, manager connect, team connect, townhall, new joiner survey, pulse survey, engagement survey, etc.
Formulate and execute action plans for employee retention.
Engage with managers and employees to resolve complex employee relations issues, improve work relationships, address grievances, build morale and increase productivity.
Engage with managers to drive a culture of appreciation at workplace and timely recognition of employees through various digital/ physical platforms.
Partner with HSE and Admin team to drive health and wellness initiatives for employees
Partner with administrative staff to ensure upkeep of creche & women's wellness room.
Drive fun@work initiatives such as festival celebrations, annual sports meet, team outings, women's day, yoga day, etc.
Enagage with employees to encourage timely contribution to in-house newsletter.

Policy Champion


Drive awareness for implementation of existing and new employee policies, procedures, and programs at the site.
Act as a policy advisor and provide timely and satisfactory resolution of queries raised via HR helpdesk, w.r.t. interpretation/ implementation of employee policies and procedures.
