Profile- AGM - API Sales and Marketing
Exp: Total 15- 20 years of Experience in which minimum 10 Years in API sales for ROW markets (APAC+LATAM+Africa)
CTC- upto 30 Lac
Working Days- 6 Days
Location - Indore (Rellocated candidate can apply)
Responsibilities
Assisting the Business Head to design the company's overall strategies, sales and marketing plan for assigned territories.
Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of team members, such as country Managers, executives and ensuring a healthy working environment.
Contributing to sales innovations, strategic business development, and the profitability of the company as determined by the company's strategic goals. Evaluating the success of the company in achieving its goals in assigned territories and formulating plans to corrective measurement and implementation.
Managing the daily operations and revenue generation of the company and ensuring its continual growth.
Assisting and identifying ways to increase revenue and decrease costs, analyzing financial reports of respective territories, and preparing operating budgets.
Maintaining awareness of competitors, expansion opportunities, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards.
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as and when needed
Strong API industry knowledge and track record on achieving the annual budgets for respective territories.
Current working knowledge of the API industry and the willingness to maintain your knowledge.
Knowledge of any CRM platform (Sales force/MS CRM/PBI)
Education: B.Pharm/BSc Chemistry + MBA
