Hiring for Agile Way of Working_Hyderabad
Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Support the Product Owner with effective backlog grooming, story refinement, and prioritization.
Remove impediments that block team progress and shield teams from external disruptions.
Promote Agile best practices across teams, encouraging collaboration, ownership, and self-organization.
Track and report on key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team health) to ensure transparency.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovation.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and stakeholders to align on dependencies and deliverables.
Help the organization understand and embrace the Agile mindset and values
