Experience: 9 to 12 years

Candidate Profile:

Strong knowledge of AGILE ceremonies ( Refinement, Estimations, Daily scrum, Retrospective, Demonstration). Solid knowledge of Project Management methodologies - Iterative / Agile / Kanban Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth progress of the sprint. Facilitate collaboration across teams, Business Analyst, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. Strong understanding and knowledge of software estimation. Experience of working with European clients. Monitor sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity) and drive continuous improvement. Proficiency in JIRA is must Strong eye for detail and keen focus on results, with a flexible can-do approach Practicing Servant Leadership Strong understanding of CI/CD process followed and awareness to tools Good to have previous experience in dev and understands the technical design and implementation of the projects
