Job Description

Role:

This role focuses on defining project scope, managing deliverables, and fostering collaboration across agile teams to meet key milestones. The Agile Project Manager will work closely with product owner, development and DevOps to facilitate agile product development to deliver successful software and IT projects.

Job Location: Pune preferred but will consider remote

Job Type: Full time or contract

Essential Skills: Bachelors degree in computers or engineering. Formal scrum or project management certification is preferred

Proficiency in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, as well as tools like Jira or Azure DevOps to manage backlog and project flow.

Strong communication skills, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Experience: 3to 5 years of relevant experience

Compensation

RS 5 -8 Lakh if full time

RS 500 - 750 / Hr. for contract work
