Role & Responsibilities:
Actively represent and promote our exclusive line of orthopedic products directly to orthopedic surgeons.
Establish, nurture, and grow relationships with orthopedic surgeons, ensuring we understand and meet their specific requirements.
Coordinate and attend events, seminars, and workshops that target orthopedic surgeons.
Provide in-depth product information, demonstrations, and support to this specialized audience.
Collaborate with our sales and product teams to hone marketing strategies that resonate with the orthopedic surgeon community.
Keep a keen eye on market trends, gathering feedback, and understanding preferences from orthopedic surgeons to guide potential product enhancements.
Diligently prepare and submit detailed monthly and quarterly reports to the higher-ups.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Previous experience in the orthopedic or medical device marketing sector, especially with direct engagements with orthopedic surgeons.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of working autonomously and within a team.
Willingness to travel as the role demands.
