(daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) while ensuring continuous improvement. Proactively identify and manage

risks and issues

, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Analyze, interpret, and report

project data in numerical terms

, connecting insights to the broader business objectives. Foster a

collaborative environment

that promotes transparency, accountability, and high performance within teams. Guide and mentor teams on

Agile methodologies

, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to maximize delivery outcomes. Leverage tools like

Jira and Confluence

for effective project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in
