We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer
In this role, you will:
Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) for network/infrastructure teams.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum best practices.
Collaborate with network engineers, architects, and stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog.
Remove obstacles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Track and report on team progress, sprint metrics, and deliverables.
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams (security, operations, support).
Support the adoption of DevOps and automation practices in network/infrastructure projects. Should have understanding in networking and a strong understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with project tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet) and change systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
Work in an Agile environment, contributing to Scrum or Kanban teams for iterative network deployments
Qualifications - External
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
08+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum roles, with at least 2 years in network or infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of network technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, cloud networking, etc.).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
