Key Responsibilities:
Coach teams on Agile principles, frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), and best practices
Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and Scrum of Scrums
Support and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams
Track and improve ART (Agile Release Train) performance and metrics
Partner with leadership to drive enterprise agility and cultural transformation
Remove impediments, foster transparency, and ensure value delivery
