Job Description

The Agile Coach is accountable for the Product Domain or Program effectiveness:



Possess a deep understanding of agile principles and practices. Provide expert training and support to teams and individuals. Provide coaching and mentorship for Scrum Leaders. Promote a collaborative work environment. Foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure successful adoption and implementation of agile frameworks. Acts as key member of the organization's agile transformation team.

The Agile Coach also supports program increment planning and execution by:



Facilitating program or domain level planning events. Measure and communicate progress toward delivery goals. Prepare various stakeholder communications as needed. Leads the Scrum of Scrums. Track cross-team dependencies and risk mitigation plans. * Coordinates with external project managers and release management.
