About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled
Agile Coach
with 7-10 years of experience in Agile transformation, coaching, and enterprise-level facilitation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and a passion for enabling high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and guiding leadership on agile best practices.
Requirements
Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders to enhance agile maturity across the organization.
Lead Agile transformations and support scaling frameworks such as
SAFe
,
LeSS
, or
Spotify
model.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and maturity assessments for agile practices.
Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to implement Agile frameworks tailored to business needs.
Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Identify organizational challenges and provide recommendations for agile adoption and process improvements.
Monitor and report on agile metrics and team performance indicators.
Act as a change agent to drive agile mindset and values across departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in Agile coaching, Agile project delivery, or Scrum Master roles
In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks:
Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, XP,
etc.
Proven experience in coaching multiple teams and leadership in Agile principles and practices
Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and DevOps concepts
Experience using Agile tools such as
JIRA
,
Confluence
,
Azure DevOps
, or equivalent
Agile certifications preferred:

Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
+
ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)

Certified Agile Coach (ICP-CAT)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with digital transformation in large or matrixed organizations
Coaching experience in remote or distributed team environments
Background in product management or engineering is a plus
