We are seeking a dynamic

Agile Coach

to lead and inspire teams in adopting and optimizing Agile practices across our organization.


In this role, you will guide teams toward achieving greater collaboration, delivering customer value, and driving measurable outcomes in alignment with Scaled Agile principles.

Responsibilities



Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, fostering a culture of accountability, empowerment, and self-organization Support and guide teams in delivering customer-centric outcomes and driving continuous improvement Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies, such as Iteration Planning, Iteration Reviews, Refinement sessions, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups Partner with Product Owners to ensure user stories and features are refined, prioritized, and understood by team members Mentor teams in navigating and resolving risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure seamless progress Collaborate with peer Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, and Release Train Engineers to enhance the effectiveness of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Establish transparent communication channels within and across teams to foster alignment and visibility of progress Educate teams on Agile values and practices, enabling them to achieve peak performance and efficiency Develop tailored workshops and hands-on training to strengthen team competency in Agile methodologies Mediate and resolve conflicts or disagreements constructively, maintaining team harmony and productivity

Requirements



12-17 years overall experience, with a strong focus on Agile coaching, servant leadership, or similar roles Expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban Skills in risk management, conflict resolution, and dependency negotiation Background in coaching cross-functional teams across product portfolios and geographies Familiarity with engineering methodologies like DevOps, Lean, or XP for added cross-domain perspective Emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal communication, and an empathetic mindset to support teams effectively

Nice to have



Knowledge of OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks Showcase of Agile transformation experience at the enterprise level Understanding of industry-standard tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps
