About the position

We are looking for a dynamic agile coach/scrum master with expertise in enforcing agile principles across all disciplines of a design and manufacturing setup. The professional would be expected to train teams on agile principles and ensure the enforcement of the same across all departments of the company.

Responsibilities

Manage each project's scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Coach all teams in Agile frameworks Implement agile processes, with modification as per the nature of the team's work, for engineering, manufacturing, servicing, sales & marketing, and HR teams. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Help teams implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Guide all teams to higher scrum maturity Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it

Required technical skills

Experience in a scrum master role Experience in implementing agile/scrum principles in both engineering and non-engineering teams. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.) Excellent knowledge of popular scrum software tools like Jira, Trello, Planner, Asana etc. Excellent command over English and Hindi (both written and verbal) Experience with writing detailed documents and preparing videos for tutorials

Bonus technical skills

Ability to develop automation for agile softwares like Jira, Asana etc. Experience with tweaking standard agile/scrum rules to mould the process for the relevant team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Engineering or BBA/MBA with at least 3 years of experience, with projects in non-engineering teams. Scrum Master Certification

Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field Scrum master certification is a plus
