We are looking forward to hire Coaching and Mentoring Professionals in the following areas :
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to teams on agile principles, methodologies, and practices.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance agility and productivity.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate team members and stakeholders on agile concepts and practices.
- Act as a change agent, advocating for agile principles and fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational change and ensure alignment with agile principles and values.
- Mentor scrum masters, product owners, and other agile roles to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Track and report key metrics to measure the effectiveness of agile initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in agile methodologies, incorporating new insights into coaching strategies and approaches.
