The Project Manager/Agile Coach I is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful project outcomes.

Your role

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed. Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.

About you

-------------

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent certification. Experience with large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
