Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our dynamic team. The Agile Coach will play a pivotal role in fostering Agile principles and practices across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies including scaled Agile, excellent coaching and mentoring skills, and a proven track record of facilitating Agile transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose current state of Agile practices and suggest improvement actions.
  • Agile Transformation: Lead and facilitate the Agile transformation journey across program/portfolio/team/platform/function.
  • Proven experience of coaching in GCCs.
  • Coaching and Training: Coach and mentor teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile mindset, principles, and engineering practices for the transformation journey. Design and deliver appropriate Agile training interventions.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Influence client stakeholders and help them understand the benefits of Agile adoption on a need basis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing Agile best practices.
  • Metrics and OKRs: Define and track Agile-related metrics and OKRs to measure progress and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in case of conflicts within teams or with external stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize Agile training sessions for team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Promote collaboration between cross-functional roles and teams.
Qualifications and Desired Behaviors

Must have experience on Agile / DevOps transformation at a Project/ Program/ Portfolio / Enterprise Level for clients. Having experience of coaching teams to enhance technical agility is required. Should have prior consulting experience in driving Agile Transformations at clients across People, Process and Technology levers, and should possess deep-rooted expertise in the following:
  • At least 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Project Management in IT with 5+ years as Scrum Master / Or 3+ years of Experience in Training & Coaching in Scrum Certifications.
  • Bachelor\'s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree
  • Agile coaching certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Agile Coach, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe RTE) is highly desirable.
  • Practical experience with one or more Scaled Agile Approaches (Scrum of Scrums, Spotify model, LeSS, Nexus, SAFe, Scrum@Scale, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and scaling methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
  • Familiarity with CI-CD tool stacks, Release Automation, Deployment Automation etc.
  • Deep-rooted expertise in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools such as Jira, Rally, VSTS etc.
  • Knowledge on one of the Cloud technologies like AWS/AZURE/GCP\xe2\x80\xa6etc would be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach in an organizational transformation setting.
  • Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
