Role overview :
The Agentic AI Trainer will lead in-person classroom sessions for working professionals at colleges, emphasizing practical Agentic AI applications, upskilling, and industry-relevant projects.?

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct offline classroom training on advanced Agentic AI topics: LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG, prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen for enterprise workflows.? Facilitate hands-on labs where professionals build real-world AI agents for automation, chatbots, data analysis, and business process orchestration.? Prepare customized materials including case studies, industry slide decks, assessments, and capstone projects aligned with corporate needs.? Provide feedback, track attendance/performance via Excel KPIs, and mentor on career applications in Agentic AI roles.? Update curriculum with latest trends in Agentic AI for Andhra Pradesh college programs targeting employed learners.?
Required Skills & Experience:

1+ years hands-on experience with Agentic AI: LLMs, agent frameworks (LangChain/AutoGen/CrewAI), Python, APIs, and production deployments.? Proven track record training working professionals or corporate teams in AI/ML via offline sessions.? Strong communication to bridge technical AI concepts with business outcomes for mid-career audiences.?
