Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Agentic AI Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will architect and build intelligent "agentic" systems--AI solutions that act autonomously with the ability to plan, reason, and adapt to complex real-world environments. You will play a vital role in designing next-generation agent workflows, driving projects at the cutting edge of artificial intelligence, automation, and human-AI collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Design & Development: Develop, test, and deploy agentic AI systems capable of complex task planning, autonomous action, and self-improvement. Workflow Automation:
Build AI agents that orchestrate end-to-end workflows across applications, APIs, and data platforms.

Reasoning & Decision-Making:
Integrate advanced reasoning modules using LLMs, knowledge graphs, and external memory to enable goal-driven, context-aware behavior.Connect agents to internal/external tools (APIs, databases, web browsers, cloud services) enabling multi-step and multi-modal interactions.Implement feedback loops and monitoring systems for agent performance, evaluation, and self-tuning.Work cross-functionally with product, design, and research teams to define agent objectives, test use cases, and deliver customer-centric solutions.Document architectures, contribute to technical knowledge bases, and--when possible--publish your work to foster a culture of open innovation.Required Qualifications

Tool & API Integration: Continuous Learning: Collaboration: Documentation & Research: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience developing AI-powered applications, with hands-on exposure to agentic architectures, LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini), or AI workflow orchestration. Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python preferred) and frameworks relevant to agent development (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI, Microsoft Semantic Kernel). Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience integrating third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Slack, databases) and working with unstructured data. Passion for problem-solving, autonomy, and building systems that can reason and act on their own.
Desired Skills

Experience with multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, or advanced automation. Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or memory-augmented neural networks. Familiarity with security, monitoring, and governance in autonomous or agentic systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹499,596.51 - ₹1,004,331.94 per year
