Role Summary

Agentic AI Developer responsible for crafting intelligent, autonomous learning agents that evolve with user behavior. Build AI personalities and decision-making systems using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch that guide students through personalized learning journeys.

KRA: Task / Activities

Design and develop autonomous, goal-driven agents that adapt to student behavior patterns Build multi-turn conversational AI systems capable of 15+ turn educational dialogues Implement agent memory systems using vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone) Develop sophisticated LLM integration strategies with intelligent model routing Create behavioral intelligence systems with adaptive nudging improving engagement by 30%+ Build APIs and microservices for agent communication and state management Implement agent orchestration using LangChain, CrewAI with OAuth 2.0 and AES-256 encryption

KPI: Performance Metrics

Agent Response Quality:

Maintain 90%+ user satisfaction rating for AI tutor interactions

Real-time Performance:

Ensure agent response times under 3 seconds for conversations

Engagement Impact:

Achieve 40% improvement in study session duration through AI interventions

Scalability:

Successfully handle 10K+ concurrent agent conversations during peak periods

Memory Accuracy:

Maintain 95%+ accuracy in context retention and personalized recommendations

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

Required Skills

1+ years AI/ML development experience with strong Python programming and LLM integration Hands-on experience with LLM APIs: OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, Mistral Proficiency with agent frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangGraph Experience building conversational AI systems with memory management Knowledge of vector databases and similarity search: FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone Understanding of prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, and recursive workflows

Preferred skills

Experience with real-time systems and API development using FastAPI or Flask Experience in EdTech, tutoring systems, or educational AI applications Background in reinforcement learning, behavioral psychology, or educational psychology Knowledge of educational psychology and learning science principles Experience with fine-tuning language models and custom model training Familiarity with React.js and frontend integration for conversational interfaces Understanding of mobile optimization and Progressive Web App development
