We are currently seeking a Agentforce Technical Architect - Technical Solutionns.Arch. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Pune, Mah?r?shtra (IN-MH), India (IN).



"As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Agentforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of the sector. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design scalable and efficient Salesforce architectures, and lead implementation of complex Agentforce projects.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements Understand and articulate when and how to use declarative vs. developer tools and solutions Support the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with architectural standards Designing solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy needs Reviewing and recommending the best solution for the requirements and articulating trade-offs Contribute to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks Formulate and maintain Salesforce solution documentation. (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications) Provide direction to development teams regarding data modeling, sharing and security, and automation Participate in grooming and refinement of the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the project Provide guidance on user story writing style, ensuring success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justificationsNeed to Have knowledge of Python libraries for NLP, and open-source frameworks like LangChain
Qualifications and Competencies:

Required Experience At least 5 years' experience in a leading role in solutioning and delivering Salesforce projects using Agentforce,Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence Experience with large data integration and migration activities within Salesforce projects Demonstrated hands-on experience providing design and direction on initial Salesforce cloud implementation(s) Education - requirements and/or certifications Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a similar field of study Salesforce Certifications: Administrator Platform Dev I Platform App Builder

Agentforce Specialist

Skills required: Demonstrated ability with implementation and integration of Agentforce,Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, system integrations (Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.), and advanced reporting and analytics (CRMA, Tableau, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers. Ability to self-start and effectively operate within a complex, dynamic environment Excellent collaboration skills Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Travel - 0% - 15% as required on an as needed basis
Qualifications Preferred:

Experience in AgentforceAutomotive Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or other Industries Cloud strongly preferred Experience working in the Finance industries Salesforce Certifications of Consultant, Architect or Sharing and Visibility Architect
