We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused
Agent Relationship Manager
to manage, grow, and support our network of agents. The role requires building strong partnerships, ensuring agents are equipped and motivated to represent our brand effectively, and driving sales or client acquisition through this channel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agents, ensuring high engagement and loyalty
Identify, onboard, and train new agents in line with company policies and goals
Serve as the primary point of contact for agent queries, support needs, and performance management
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to provide agents with necessary tools and information
Monitor and evaluate agent performance against KPIs and take proactive steps to improve underperformance
Organize regular check-ins, training sessions, and workshops to upskill agents
Provide market insights gathered through agent networks to inform strategy and improve offerings
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, regulations, and brand standards
Requirements:
Essential:
Proven experience in agent/channel partner management, business development, or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple agent accounts simultaneously
Commercial awareness and strategic thinking

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
