About the Role:



LakeB2B is building the

world's most intelligent AI-powered B2B outreach platform

- and we're looking for an

AgentOps Lead

to lead the charge.

In this role, you'll design, build, and scale a proprietary suite of

AI agents

(like Lead GPT, Data GPT, and Campaign Co-Pilot) that will transform how our internal teams and global clients engage in sales, marketing, and customer success.

You'll work at the intersection of

AI, data science, marketing technology, and automation

, owning both the strategic roadmap and hands-on implementation of AI-driven agent systems.

Key Responsibilities: AI Agent Development & Deployment



Lead the architecture and deployment of LakeB2B's AI agents (ICP GPT, Lead GPT, etc.) Manage prompt engineers and agent trainers to fine-tune agent performance Integrate agents with proprietary datasets (730M+ contacts, 340M+ firmographics)

Performance Intelligence & Data Strategy



Build dashboards to measure agent impact (leads, conversions, response rates) Analyze campaign and behavioral data to optimize AI-driven engagement Apply NLP, computer vision, and predictive models to enhance agent intelligence

ML & Data Science Innovation



Design and deploy ML models for segmentation, recommendation, enrichment, etc. Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to launch AI-powered tools Continuously monitor and improve model performance, accuracy, and fairness

Data Infrastructure & Operations



Lead data pipeline automation, cleansing, and enrichment workflows Ensure data integrity and usability for AI and ML product teams

Cross-Functional Leadership



Work across product, growth, IT, and client success teams to scale AI adoption Document agent behavior, assumptions, and workflows for internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For:

Must-Have



6+ years in B2B marketing ops, AI/ML, or data science roles (3+ in AI/ML specifically) Strong Python skills (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Solid grasp of ML algorithms, NLP, recommendation systems, and data modeling Experience working with large datasets, CRM systems, and real-time data pipelines Experience deploying AI/LLM agents or conversational tools Hands-on with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms

Nice-to-Have



Experience with LLM tools/frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, AutoGen, etc.) Background in growth marketing, ABM, or performance marketing Experience building or managing external-facing AI/ML products Familiarity with outbound sales or GTM stacks
