Motivate new agents to source their first policy within defined timelines and to understand the concern/issues faced by agent in placing business
Educate agents on products, tools, and sales processes.
Address agent queries on quotes, issuance, payouts, or processes.
Share updates on contests, incentives, and promotional campaigns.
Provide telephonic training sessions on product features and systems.
Regularly connect with inactive agents to encourage activity.
Maintain daily call logs and activation reports.
Provide feedback to sales/product teams on common agent challenges.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication (Hindi/English/regional language as needed)
Basic understanding of insurance products (Life/Health/Motor/SME)
1-3 years of experience in call center/tele sales/insurance sales support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
