Duties & Responsibilities:
xe2x97x8f Handle Refunds Queues (GDS, LCC, BSP link)
xe2x97x8f Manage non show tickets
xe2x97x8f Manage ADMs/ACMs
xe2x97x8f Manage billing issues (Extra refunds, Ret errors)
xe2x97x8f Manage BSP Refund applications rejected
xe2x97x8f Contact Airlines & Providers for different issues.
xe2x97x8f Analyze and propose solutions for task optimizations & automations
xe2x97x8f 24*7 + Holidays shifts
Requirements
xe2x97x8f At least one year experience as a Travel Agent
xe2x97x8f Excellent GDS knowledge in Amadeus and Sabre (Galileo knowledge will be considered
as a benefit)
xe2x97x8f Documented experience in reading and interpreting airline fare rules.
xe2x97x8f Knowledge of processing GDS and BSP refunds is a must.
xe2x97x8f Experience in working with KPIs and deadlines
xe2x97x8f Experience in analyzing data and producing reports
xe2x97x8f Troubleshooting skills & analytical problem-solving skills
xe2x97x8f Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas
xe2x97x8f Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
xe2x97x8f Self-driven, proactive and results oriented
xe2x97x8f Good attention to detail
xe2x97x8f Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
