Achieve monthly/quarterly sales & revenue targets through the advisor network.
Conduct joint field calls with agents to support them in sales.
Ensure agents are compliant with company standards & IRDAI guidelines.
Build long-term relationships with customers through advisors for renewals and cross-selling.

Criteria
Graduation Mandatory (with all Marksheets and Certificate)
Exp - 1+ Year in Any / BFSI / Insurance Sales
Age - 24 to 40
Note -
Incentives slab of 25k+ in a year req
