Job Description
- We are looking for a competitive Agency Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.Responsibilities :- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.- Negotiating all contract with prospective clients.- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.- Understanding and promoting company products.- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Agency partner meetings.- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month- Joint field work along with Agency partners and advisors to source insurance policyCandidate Profile :- Bachelors degree in any field.- 4 to 8 years Experience in sales.- Age 22 to 45 - Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.- A commitment to excellent customer service.- Excellent communication skills.- Superb interpersonal skills,- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environmentContact : 9316105637 (ref:updazz.com)
