Role- Agency Sales ManagerCompany - ICICI Lombard Health InsuranceMode of interview - F2FSales of Health policies of through the agency model.- Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.- Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.- To meet agents, Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.Industry - GI, LI, Health Insurance, Pharma, Telecom, FMCGQualification - Full Time Graduate/PGAge - 24 to 38Current Salary - up to 6 LPA1) Achieving the sales target through Agent and generating business through them.2) Training the agent to generate business, will be dealing exclusively with Health product3) Actively liaising with external / internal stakeholders towards structuring large and specialized product deals.
