Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Agency Sales Manager to build, manage, and grow a strong agency partner network in the education sector. The role focuses on driving enrollments and revenue through partner-led sales while ensuring high productivity and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities



Recruit, train, and manage agency partners and education consultants Drive admissions and revenue through the agency channel Set clear targets for partners and ensure achievement Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with partners Support partners with counseling, presentations, and closures Monitor partner performance and improve productivity Execute local marketing and promotional activities Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach Maintain MIS, sales reports, and partner data Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes

Candidate Profile



2-6 years of experience in sales, with agency/channel management exposure Experience in education, EdTech, insurance, or BFSI channel sales preferred Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Result-oriented with a strong execution mindset Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and target pressure

Qualification



Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) Local market knowledge preferred
