: - We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager for India\'s Leading Insurance Company.Job Roles and Duties :- Build various sources of financial advisor hiring & build a team of agents & agent pipeline.- Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referrals for new agent hiring- Provide advice to clients and recommend insurance products.- Provide good customer service to maintain and retain customers.- Expand customer base.- Conduct learning and development sessions for the team at regular intervals- Attending and participating in product training and conferences- Taking note of the sales goals and achieving the sameDesired Candidates Profile :- Any Graduation/Post Graduation- 2 to 5 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing in any domain- Age should be between 25 to 40 Years- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills- Ability to teach and coach other team members- Team Handling experience would be beneficial for usNote : No charges from usRupa patel 7862087265 (ref:updazz.com)
