- The Agency Manager for the Insurance Banca Channel will be responsible for managing and growing the company\'s corporate agency business through the Banca channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, channel management, and business development.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the corporate agency business through the Insurance Banca channel- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, brokers, and other financial institutions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and operational excellence- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements- Recruit, train, and develop corporate agents to achieve business objectives- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholdersQualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance, Banking, Finance - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills- Proven ability to build and manage high-performance teams- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfactionContact : 8200421048 (ref:updazz.com)
