Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams such as SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content, and Design.
Monitor workflow, timelines, and deliverables to ensure project completion within deadlines.
Develop and improve internal processes for better efficiency and productivity.
2. Client Relationship & Account Management
Handle key client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable marketing strategies.
Ensure high client satisfaction through regular communication, reporting, and performance reviews.
Manage client onboarding, contract execution, and service renewals.
3. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan, implement, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across channels

Website & Conversion Optimization
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
4. Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage digital marketing team members.
Assign tasks, set KPIs, and monitor individual and team performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Resolve team issues and ensure a positive work culture.
5. Business Growth & Revenue Support
Support business development activities by assisting in proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital services.
Help in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Coordinate with sales and management teams for growth planning.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and present campaign performance reports for clients and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in handling a
