Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents/advisors.
Motivate agents to meet business targets and provide ongoing support.
Monitor agent performance and regularly review their sales pipeline.
Conduct joint fieldwork with agents and provide sales support.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
Ensure compliance with all organizational and regulatory requirements.
Organize and participate in promotional events, market activations, and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduate mandatory).
1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and manage a sales team.
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
Good understanding of local geography and customer base.
