Job Summary:Responsibility is to enhance business in Agency/Tied channel through efficient handling of Branch along with Sales team and BAs to ensure accurate functioning of Operations & Branch activities.Responsibilities and Duties:- Handling the Branch and Sales team i.e. FLS (Front Line Sales)- To develop the agency channel in his branch and complete the targets- Skills to identify potential customers- Driving business of LI and FD- Responsible for recruitment & training of FLS- Ensuring compliance on all branch activitiesRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications:- Good Communication and Business Promotion skills- Good in Networking & Relationship building- Candidate Should be local and having experience of LI agency- Minimum experience in Life Agency is approx. 6-8 years- Preferred candidate with good stabilityEducation: Any Graduate - Any specialization (ref:updazz.com)
