Job Description

Agency Manager leads an insurance sales team, focusing on recruiting, training agents, developing sales strategies, hitting targets, ensuring compliance (like IRDAI rules), and boosting team productivity for business growth, essentially bridging patient needs with health insurance products through strong agent management. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.

Sales & Business Development:

Drive sales, develop strategies to meet targets, expand business, and analyze market trends.

Training & Development:

Ensure advisors are well-trained on products, processes, and company values.

Compliance:

Uphold internal policies and external regulations (like IRDAI in India).

Operations:

Oversee daily operations, manage budgets (in some roles), and ensure efficient service delivery.

Patient/Client Focus:

Ensure agents provide good customer service and connect clients with appropriate health coverage.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
