The Agency Growth Manager is responsible for recruiting and developing Insurance Advisors, guiding them to achieve sales targets through regular training, support, and field activities. The role focuses on driving monthly business growth, monitoring performance, and motivating the advisor team to ensure consistent results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment of Insurance Advisors
Identify and source high-quality advisor candidates.
Conduct presentations and maintain regular follow-ups.
Collect necessary documentation from prospects.
Ensure their participation in onboarding and training programs.
2. Customer Acquisition & Sales
Prospect, meet, and convert potential customers.
Ensure consistent achievement of monthly sales targets.
3. Training & Development
Conduct classroom training and on-the-job field training.
Support advisors with mock presentations and sales call accompaniment.
Guide them to achieve individual sales goals.
4. Achievement of Business Targets
Set monthly targets for each Advisor based on potential.
Monitor performance and implement strategies to meet overall business goals.
5. Team Leadership & Motivation
Lead by example and maintain a motivated team environment.
Conduct feedback sessions, motivation programs, and performance reviews.
Ensure retention and continuous development of Advisors.
