Role Overview:
As an
Agency Development Manager
, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance advisors to achieve business targets. You'll play a key role in driving sales through agency channels while ensuring high levels of engagement, motivation, and performance among your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Identify, recruit, and train potential insurance advisors as per the business requirements.
Team Development:
Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and skill enhancement sessions to advisors.
Business Growth:
Drive sales through the advisor network to achieve assigned targets in terms of premium and product mix.
Monitoring & Performance Management:
Track team performance using relevant KPIs and ensure adherence to business goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Compliance:
Ensure all sales practices and documentation meet company and regulatory guidelines.
Market Intelligence:
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
