Key Objective of the Job: Agency Collection Manager - Microfinance Business


To drive collections through external agencies by identifying, onboarding, and managing agency partners, ensuring effective recovery strategies and smooth coordination between business teams and agencies.


Identify and empanel collection agencies across regions. Negotiate and finalize commercial terms, including commission/split percentages. Ensure timely onboarding and compliance of agencies as per company policies. Act as a liaison between internal business teams and external agencies for seamless operations. Monitor agency performance and ensure achievement of collection targets. Implement strategies to improve recovery efficiency and reduce delinquency. Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of agency agreements, performance metrics, and payouts.
Educational Qualification:


* Graduate/Post-Graduate (preferably in Commerce or Business Administration).
