Greet agents on important dates (Birthdays, Anniversaries).
Product Support:
Provide telephonic assistance on product features and updates.
Single Point of Contact:
Address any support requirements from agents.
Grievance Handling:
Manage and resolve agent grievances of all nature.
Marketing Promotion:
Communicate and promote marketing schemes.
Personal Connect:
Build strong relationships between agents and corporate office.
Communication Management:
Handle emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and other non-verbal communication channels.
Virtual Relationship Manager:
Regular interaction with agents to maintain engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Required bachelor's degree in any background.
Health Insurance background added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple communication channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS).
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing tools.
Problem-solving and grievance handling capabilities.
Familiarity with marketing schemes and product features (training will be provided).
