Experience range:
2-3 years in Agri / Automotive / Off-Highway domain
Key roles & responsibilities:
Assist AGCO customers and dealers in adoption and/or troubleshooting of any technical and/or operational queries.
Collaborate with Engineering and IT teams, escalating issues appropriately when needed, and actively engaging with product and development teams to ensure alignment and resolution.
Required skills:
Product support or technical support in Agri / Automotive / Construction / Heavy Machinery domain
Knowledge in App management, Cloud and IoT
Knowledge of Data transmission and management
Training:
3 types of training will be given to the candidate by AGCO before deployment
