- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients in the pharmaceutical industry to ensure post-sale satisfaction and retention.

- Acting as the link between the customer and the technical/service teams to coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of blister packaging machines. This involves coordinating service appointments and tracking service requests.

- Overseeing warranty programs, tracking warranty claims, and managing the logistics of parts and repairs to ensure quick and efficient resolution of issues.

- Responding quickly and positively to customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with internal departments (operations, quality assurance, engineering) to resolve issues and reduce machine downtime.

- Gathering customer feedback on machine performance and service quality, analyzing this data, and providing insights to the product development and marketing teams to inform future improvements.

- Experience of Proforma Invoice, Purchase Order, Work Order, Quotation making, Co-Ordination with Transport Department and with all the other concern departments.

- Co-ordination with the clients by phone / E-mail, etc.

- Breakdown of Spares of Pharma Machines.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience after-sales support.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Technical support

- A strong understanding of blister packaging machinery and the pharmaceutical packaging process is essential to effectively address customer issues.

- The ability to quickly and diplomatically address objections and resolve complex technical or service-related issues.

- Previous experience in after-sales service,

preferably within the manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
