Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests for pet products and services
Schedule and coordinate service appointments for pet grooming, training, and veterinary consultations
Follow up with pet owners to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Maintain customer and pet records in CRM system with service history
Coordinate with grooming, training, and veterinary teams for timely service delivery
Conduct customer feedback calls to assess service quality and pet wellness outcomes
Identify opportunities for additional pet services, products, or wellness packages
Generate service reports and track customer satisfaction and pet health metrics
Attention to detail is a must and no silo thinking
Manage service appointment calendar for grooming, training, and health check-ups
Proactively drive achievement of monthly targets for customer retention, service revenue, and satisfaction metrics
