Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on issues and provide updates to customers.
Attend calls related to service, queries, and follow-ups.
Maintain complaint records, service data, and documentation.
Communicate clearly with customers and dealers through calls, emails, and messages.
Support the After-Sales team in daily operations and reporting.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customers politely and patiently.
Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, CRM/ERP preferred).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines.
