3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role:

We are looking for a committed and compassionate part-time teacher to support the academic needs of underprivileged children from the 1st to the 12th standard. The role involves conducting activities, educational assistance, clarifying subject concepts, and encouraging the holistic development of children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach and guide students from 1st to 12th standard in all subjects as needed. Provide academic support, homework assistance, and concept clarification. Identify individual learning needs and provide tailored attention. Engage students in interactive and educational activities. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Track students' progress and report regularly to the coordinator. Encourage discipline, values, and life skills among students.

Eligibility:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferably with teaching experience). Ability to teach multiple subjects up to 12th standard level. Passion for working with children from underprivileged backgrounds. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a responsible attitude.

Preferred:

Prior experience in teaching or working with NGOs / social sector organisations is an added advantage.
