After Sales Service for Inverter

Experience - 2+ years

Industry - Electronic / Solar Industry

Role and responsibilities-

Provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for inverters at customer sites. Handle customer complaints and ensure quick and effective resolution. Coordinate with the service center and spare parts team for timely support. Maintain service records and report daily service activities to the manager. Build good relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction after service. Conduct regular follow-ups and preventive maintenance visits to reduce breakdowns.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
