Job Description

Ensure all the AMC Contracts are renewed in time with proper tracking mechanism. Handle Service tenders for AMC, Battery & spares. Meet 3-4 ASP /Customer per day to ensure prospect generation. Plan and ensure that our contractual commitments are met in the region for customer installations and after sales service. Maintain high customer satisfaction for the assigned product line and customers in the region. Extensive travel across the region assigned to keep the customer relationship. Keep a record of all the ASP, customer list with the Hierarchy mapped Must meet the monthly order booking, Billing & Collection target as per the Budget assigned. Should be well Equipped with Prospect, order Booking, Billing & Collection Management. Work on all AR & reduce the Outstanding Month after month & bring down the DSO. Must be technically competent to support field queries on service sales requirement on battery sizing, monitoring solutions. Maintain all records of the Quotes submitted & track for order closure.
