Roles and Responsibility:
? Prepare and Share Sales Proposal for Spares / Refurbishment / Service Visit /
Trial Charges)
? After receiving PO_Generate OEC No & sent OTN to Factory
? Follow up with client for partial advance payment against the PO
? Acknowledge the receipt of PO & PI
? Email for FAT / Payment due before dispatch
? Reply to Pricing/ Commercial queries
? Vendor Registration complete KYC formalities
? Preparing Spares -PI
? Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer
needs
? Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social
media.
? Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new and
existing customers
? Generate Business inquiry for After Market Sales
Education: Diploma ITI/Graduate
Experience: 2 to 3 years' experience in Customer Support/ After Sales preferred from same industry
Key Skills: Good verbal and written communication
Self-motivated and result oriented.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
